Lilli did everything she could to work with me on price. She was responsive, kind and easy to work with, despite my tight budget. When I was having difficulty picking glasses etc, she found me pic to res of the different options set up at other weddings so that I could make my choices. The items showed up perfectly for the wedding and reception-and looked exactly as described. They were divided exactly as they should have been-reception ware in one place, lunch stuff in another. In fact, my event planner messed things up, by second-guessing Lilli’s planning, and moved my dessert bowls (that looked vaguely like coupe glasses) from the lunch to the reception area, then had to correct that error causing a delay. But Lilli had it perfectly. There were some unexpected charges after dropoff because Lilli said there were a few broken items and some missing items that the event planner said were returned, but I couldn’t be bothered to follow up when the charges hit, because it was a few weeks post-wedding, and everyone knows how that goes. I believed Lilli, and assumed that my event planner may have dropped the ball. Overall a positive experience, and Lilli was very helpful, worked with my smaller budget, and made sure everything was delivered exactly as planned. Highly recommend.
